Let me tell you about my experience with Du'Luxe Spa, when they use to trade from their premises in Tom Jenkins road. They advertise on Groupon. My husband bought a voucher for my b-day. I made a booking on 11/09/2012 for 10/11/2012. On 06/11/2012 I send a mail, confirming if the booking is still fine. Yvonne confirm on 08/11/2012 that all is fine. Yvette's signature and the spa name was on the mail. On 09/11/2012, Yvette send a mail that my booking have been cancelled. Now all of a sudden, I have contacted the wrong spa, they do not do Groupon, they have taken over etc. and a lot of over nonsense. Yvette also let us under the impression that she and Yvonne do not know each other, meantime they are mother and daughter and working together! Please note that Groupon paid over my husband's money, the moment we made the booking, but they don't deal with Groupon??? At the end, I was offered a treatment on a Sunday or during the week or I can get a voucher for the next year (2013) at their new premises in Centurion??? My birthday was in August already, would you wait so long??? We requested that she paid back our money, which she refused of course!!! Until today, I haven't received any treatment and she did not, and will not, refund my husband!! Oh yes, apparently, so Yvette told my husband via mail, I have called her names and curses at her, while she was the one who told me over the phone, "she does not have time for this k@k!" Well it is your word against my word! Cecilia
