Du'Luxe Day Spa Policy: REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY All spa bookings are subject to a cancellation policy, which may be waived at the discretion of the Spa Manager. Otherwise any spa cancellation or non-attendance is subject to the full cost of the treatment. Refund Policy • Services received cannot be refunded. •Gift certificates/cards are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and have no cash value. •Products are non-refundable. Please note that it takes 30days for us to process refunds on products. After the process is completed we will let you know via mail. Spa Retail Purchases We apologize but we do not issue refunds on services we will give a spa credit toward other services on services unused from your package or gift certificate.
